TCB PENETRATING WOOD & FLOOR SEAL

For interior wood floors where a penetrating finish is required with no build up.

PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – A specially formulated penetrating clear sealer that casehardens the surface layers of wood. Ideal for heavy traffic areas on wood floors such as in class rooms and playrooms where a built up finish is hard to maintain. Solids by volume = 20.7%. Solids by weight = 25.5%.

FINISH – PENETRATING

COLOR – CLEAR

SPREADING RATE – 350 sq. ft. per gallon on new work.

DRYING TIME @ 70F – 4 to 8 hours (allow overnight before using.)

THINNING – USE AT FULL STRENGTH.

SURFACE PREPARATION & PAINTING SYSTEM – New work – sand floor and vacuum clean. Mop or brush on 1 coat of TCB floor Seal. Allow overnight to dry and apply second coat removing excess floor seal with rags. It open grain wood fill between coats with TCB Paste Wood Filler. Steel wool with buffer between coats. A finish coat of paste wax will give a rich luster and will extend the life of the job. Remove all wax for subsequent coats or refinishing
and repeat as new work,

APPLICATION & HANDLING – May be brushed or mopped on. Wipe off excess floor seal with rags and burn immediately.
