Industrial floors with heavy traffic where a finish with good durability is desired. Epoxy type floor coatings are well suited for use in high demand environments such as breweries, chemical plants, food processing plants, hospitals, petroleum refineries, and warehouses.
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – Self-leveling, catalyzed epoxy floor coating has outstanding mechanical strength and excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. This system can bond to a variety of substrates at room temperature with minimal evolving of volatile by- products; and shows very low shrinkage. Epoxy floor coating is a 2 component material and is self-leveling.

SPREADING RATE – 5 sq. ft. per gallon at 1/4″ dry film thickness or 10 sq. ft. per gallon at 1/8″ dry film thickness.

VISCOSITY – Intermix – pourable
SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface should be clean, dry and free of all foreign substances. Prepare surface with TCB Epoxy Floor Pretreatment compound #599. Wait 30-60 minutes then pour on intermixed Epoxy floor coating evenly and let it cure for 8-10 hours. (See directions)
APPLICATION – After thoroughly mixing Components A & B, pour onto area to be covered and spread evenly with a plastic or rubber-comb. Follow directions provided.
