THINNING – High Flash Naphtha
SURFACE PREPARATION – Wire brush and clean surface as much as possible of loose scaly paint. One coat should be sufficient. Apply liberally.
APPLICATION – For best results, this product should be brushed liberally. Roller or spray not recommended.
