On interior and exterior metal surfaces subject to temperatures to 5OO°F, such as boilers, breechings, stacks and hot pipes.

PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – A full bodied, ready mixed, smooth flowing, heat resistant aluminum paint that dries to a brilliant, durable finish and gives excellent and proven durability.

FINISH – Semi-Gloss (60° Gloss – 45-55)

COLORS – Metallic Aluminum

SPREADING RATE – 500 sq. ft. at 1 mil dry film thickness

DRYING TIME – 1 hour tack free 2-4 hours dry

VISCOSITY – 20-30″ @ SO°F #4 Ford Cup

THINNING – Mineral Spirits

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean, dry and free of loose scaly paint. Heat should be reduced to atmospheric temperature if possible. Brush or spray 1 coat Hi Heat Aluminum stirring paint frequently while using. For extremely high temperatures exceeding 5OO°F., refer to KH-1500 Hi Heat Aluminum.
