ELASTICO CONCRETE SEALER

For interior or exterior cement floors subject to oil, grease or abrasion.

PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – A coating, heavily fortified with chlorinated rubber to withstand abuse, friction, water, oil, grease and many chemicals. Recommended for concrete floors where dampness, moisture, alkaki or a combination of all is too severe for standard floor sealers. Suitable for use on uncured cement.

FINISH – Gloss – (60° Gloss – 65+)

COLORS – Clear

SPREADING RATE – 440 sq. ft. at 1 mil dry film thickness

DRYING TIME – 1 hour tack free 2-4 hours dry

VISCOSITY – 30-40″ @ 80°F #4 Ford Cup

THINNING – Xylol

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease and all foreign materials.
