For interior surfaces of plaster, wallboard, drywall, wallpaper, concrete, brick, wood and metal which has been properly primed.
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – Decor Latex Semi-Gloss is an emulsion type rubber latex base paint. It has high hiding qualities and is low in odor. It applies easily, covers evenly and dries relatively fast to an even sheen. Dirt, grease and other stains wash off easily without marring the finish.

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface should be clean, dry arid free of loose scaly paint. Unpainted plaster and wood should have 1 coat of TCB Pigmented Sealer. Primer bare metal with 1 coat of a TCB Metal Protective Primer. Seal drywall and other porous surfaces surfaces with 1 coat TCB Triple Sealer. Follow with 1 or 2 coats of Decor Latex Semi-Gloss as required. Repaint work with glossy surfaces should be sanded to dull finish, followed by 1 coat of Decor Latex Semi-Gloss. Repaint work with flat or semi-gloss finishes may be painted over as is.
