PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – Crete Masonry paint is an alkaki-resistant, mold inhibitive vinly emulsion material made from plastic resins of proven durability. It is recommended for use on all masonry surfaces other than floors. Crete Masonry Paint is easy to apply, dries fast to a tile like sheen, pleasant odor and is highly resistant to moisture.

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean and free of all loose scaly paint and efflorescence. Remove all loose and scaling paint by scraping or sandblasting. Paint up cracks and voids. Very rough or open face surfaces should be filled with 1 coat TCB Crete Block Filler. Exterior surfaces previously painted that are chalking, soft or powdery should be primed with TCB Penetrite Sealer. Crete may be applied directly to new surfaces free from wax, chalk or efflorescence. One coat will cover but 2 coats give a more positive seal.
