For walls, floors, machines, -tanks, etc. Interior or exterior metal, wood, masonry or plaster where surfaces are exposed to abnormal acid, alkali fumes, moisture spillage and abrasion.
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – A two package material of pigmented epoxy resin and a polyamide activator producing a fast drying coating of polymerization. This extraordinary epoxy enamel is highly resistant to fumes, acids, alkalies, moisture spillage, caustic conditions, and hard abrasion. It has remarkable adhesion and withstands temperatures to 250°F.
FINISH – 60 Gloss – 85+ (Gloss)

SPREADING RATE – After 50 to 50 Mix; – 580 sq. ft. at 1 mil dry film thickness
DRYING TIME – 1 to 2 hours tack free 4 hours dry
VISCOSITY – After inter-mixing, variable with time & temperature before use.

SURFACE PREPARAT.ION – Surface must be clean, dry and free of wax,grease, oil and loose scaly paint. For new work on wood, masonry or plaster use B-77 Epoxy Enamel as its own undercoat followed by one or 2 coats as desired. Bare metal should be primed with TCB Epoxy Zinc Chromate Primer followed by 1 or 2 coats of B-77 Epoxy Enamel as desired. B-77 Epoxy Enamel must be mixed with an equal amount of B-77 Epoxy Activator and allowed to set for 30 minutes before use. The intermix has a usable pot life of approximately 16 hours @ 70°F. Caution should be used in not mixing more material than can be used in 1 day.
