SPREADING RATE – After intermix with activator; 640 sq. ft. at 1 mil dry film thickness
DRYING TIME – 2 hours tack free 4 hours dry
VISCOSITY – After inter-mixing, variable with time & temperature
THINNING – U-30 Polyurethane Reducer
SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean, dry and free of wax, grease, oil and loose scaly paint. For new work on wood, masonry or plaster use U-66 Polyurethane as its own undercoat followed by 1 or 2 coats as desired. Bare metal should be primed with TCB Epoxy Zinc Chromate Primer followed by 1 or 2 coats of U-66 Polyurethane Enamel as desired. U-66 Polyurethane Enamel must be mixed with Urethane Activator before use as follows: Two parts U-66 Poly- urethane Enamel to 1 part U-60 Polyurethane Activator. Mix thoroughly and let set 30 minutes before using. The pot life of this mixture is approximately 8 hours @ 70°F. Care should be taken to mix no more than can be used in this period of time.
