TCB SYNTHETIC AUTOMOTIVE ENAMEL

A synthetic enamel formulated especially for trucks, buses & other heavy equipment subject to the heavy abuse existing from continuous highway travel. Solid by weight (white) = 60.5% Solid by Volume(white =42.5%)

SPREADING RATE – 535 square feet per gallon @ 1.25 mil dry film thickness.

DRYING TIME – Dust Free = One Hour * tack free 4 hours * hard in 8 hours

THINNING – XYLOL OR SYNTHETIC REDUCER

SURFACE PREPARATION – New work should be primed with TCB 30-60 gray primer or TCB HS-J6 red oxide primer followed by 1 or 2 coats TCB synthetic auto enamel. Previously painted surfaces may be painted over after having been thoroughly cleaned or wet sanded.
