PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – A ready mixed exterior oil base house paint undercoat for either new or painted wood surfaces. A resinous material formulated to give excellent adhesion and combat blistering, peeling and cracking.

FINISH – Flat (60° Gloss – 5-10)

SPREADING RATE – 450 sq. ft. at 2.4 mils dry film thickness

DRYING TIME – 4 hours tack free 18 hours to recoat

THINNING – Mineral Spirits

VISCOSITY – 65 – 75 KU

SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease and loose scaly paint. Apply House Paint Undercoat as it comes in can liberally and evenly.

APPLICATION – Brush – Roller – Spray

EQUIPMENT CLEAN UP – Mineral Spirits
