To seal unpainted interior plaster, wall board, cement, brick, and wood surfaces or previously painted surfaces in poor condition.
PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES – Alkyd Pigmented Sealer is a low sheen, medium oil type sealer that assures positive sealing. The highly developed penetration control gives a uniform film of sealer over entire surface to assure an even finish coat of flat, semi or gloss.
FINISH – Flat (60° Gloss – 5-10)
COLORS – White (May be tinted to desired shade)
SPREADING RATE – 450 sq. ft. at 1.3 mil dry film thickness
DRYING TIME – 4 hours tack free 12 hours to recoat
VISCOSITY – 65 – 75 KU
THINNING – Mineral Spirits
SURFACE PREPARATION – Surface should be clean, dry and free from loose scaly paint. New plaster should be allowed to cure a reasonable length of time. Bare metal should have 1 coat TCB Metal Protective Primer.
